Implementation of Agile Governance Principles Through the Village/Township Monograph Digitization Program in Bantaeng Regency

The Government of Indonesia, through Bappenas, launched the Village/Township Monograph Digitization (DMD/K) program in 2020. This is an effort to digitally document data villages/twonship so that it can be processed and analyzed as a basis for planning decision making. Bantaeng Regency was selected one regions implementing this program. study aims determine extent implementation principles Agile Governance village/township monograph digitization Regency. Researchers use qualitative approach with collection techniques observation, interviews documentation. Data analysis based on agile governance theory proposed by Luna et al, (2015). results indicate considered not optimal, there are five have been effective. These include: good enough governance, business driven, human focused, systematic & adaptive simple design continuous refinement. While other principle still running optimally, namely quick wins. because need improvements Village/ township SEPAKAT application main supporter program, local government commitment needed guarding providing adequate infrastructure facilities.
